Purpose
We believe your child is a special gift from God, and want to provide the best loving care possible. Our caregivers will hug, feed, rock and play with your children, but they are committed to doing more than that.
We believe that the time we spend with your child in the nursery can be a time to build spiritual foundations that will last a lifetime. We hope to begin teaching basic concepts about God to the children--that He made them, that He loves them, that He takes care of them.
Caregiver/Infant Ratio
In order to provide a safe environment, we hold to the following Caregiver/Infant Ratio:
Once the ratio is met, the nursery is closed for the remainder of the service.
Infant/Toddler Wellness Guidelines
We want to provide a healthy environment in our nursery, so we ask you to keep your child at home when you observe any of the following: fever/vomiting, Diarrhea, discharge in or around the eyes, questionable rash, green or yellow runny nose, excessive coughing, any communicable disease.
If your baby becomes ill while in the nursery, you will be notified promptly.
If your child comes down with a communicable disease after being in our nursery, please contact a Kids' ZONE staff person at the Church Office, so that we can alert other parents.
If your child is being treated with an antibiotic, he or she should have received treatment for at least 48 hours before coming to the nursery.
For your child's protection, we ask our caregivers to follow these same guidelines.
