Counseling

We are a non-profit counseling and referral service located within the facilities of BPEFC. We are open to provide services to both the members and the community at large. We are an independent counseling and referral service and not part of or affiliated with BPEFC.

We provide Christian counseling for families and individuals of all ages.

In addition to being grounded in the Christian faith, our counselors are trained in up-to-date counseling theories and techniques.

Mental Health Counseling

		Linda Gale, M.A., LMFT Specializing in therapy with adults, couples, adolescents, families, marriage counseling, abuse issues, anxiety, depression, and loss of employment. Call 612-501-9515 for appointments.
		Dave Harthan, M.A. Specializing in marriage counseling, anger management, and grief and loss. (For church attendees.) Call 763-425-3625 for appointments.

Financial aid available. Services provided on a sliding fee scale. Insurance not accepted. Supplemental financial help is available for up to five sessions.

Pastoral Counseling

In addition to the other types of counseling, some of the pastoral staff at BPEFC are available for counseling.

True Biblical counseling is relational and personal and uses the full counsel of God, the Bible. It is sometimes confrontational as a father, loving as a mother, and instructive as a teacher, but always as an encourager. The goal of pastoral counseling is that each person would be further established in their faith, to help them deal with the issues of life.
