Many great people in history (including Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther and Elijah) have struggled with depression and found ways to overcome it. You can find hope, too!
The groups are led by trained laypeople and is designed to give social, emotional and spiritual support. At the meetings, the members are encouraged to share about their experiences and to make productive changes in their lives when possible. They are encouraged to seek comfort and guidance from God as they work their way through their depression.
Includes an eight-week video series, Neil T. Anderson's, Finding Hope Again.
Meets Tuesdays from 7:00-8:30 PM.
