Vision Statement


Our pastors, staff, 90+ lay leaders and church members, together, cast the following vision for our ministry:  By the year 2012, as God blesses, Brooklyn Park Church will be a healthy disciplemaking church, touching the lives of over 2,000 people each month with a weekly average attendance of 1,300 people in multiple worship services at the expanded main campus and satellite locations. Impacting Our Community
  • Offer multiple on-campus Worship Services and Satellite Services.
  • Partner with an ethnic congregation to effectively reach African immigrants.
  • Provide needed community services: job training, computer classes, etc.
  • Partner with area churches to love our community to Christ, in word and deed.
  • Provide support and recovery groups.
Impacting the Finances and Facilities of Our Church
  • Add a Prayer Chapel  that has multi-purpose use capability.
  • Build a new Ministry Space: Youth, Gym/Fellowship Center, Community Outreach offices.
  • Remodel Youth Room and secure Kids’ ZONE area.
  • Increase giving for local and worldwide ministries to $1.9—$2 million.
  • Lower debt load.
Impacting Spiritual Growth in Our Congregation (view our Core 4 Ministries)
  • 50% of adult worship attendees in mid-sized groups.
  • 65% in 60—80 small groups.
  • 50% of adult worship attendees involved in a specific ministry.  (130 volunteers in Leadership Community; 320 volunteers serving in ministry)
  • 325 children weekend attendance.
  • 100 youth weekend attendance.
Impacting Our World
  • Strengthen our partnership with Hindustan Bible Institute for ministry in India.
  • Multiply T-Net Intl. pastor training centers throughout sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Partner with T-Net Intl. to train disciplemaking churches locally and regionally.
  • Mobilize ministry teams for compassion and relief efforts throughout North America.
